1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

  • The item is not a custom-made, specially ordered or clearance product.

  • You provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Used or damaged products not covered by warranty.

  • Customized or specially ordered equipment.

  • Consumable items (e.g., coffee beans, filters).

  • Clearance items that are stated Non-Returnable on sale.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. The refund will cover the item’s purchase price, excluding original shipping costs.

4. Exchanges

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will provide an exchange for the same or a comparable product, subject to availability. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.

5. Faulty or Defective Items
